Gift Card Purchase and Use

Purchasing a Gift Card:

• Select an Amount: Choose the value you wish to add to the gift card.
• Recipient Information: Provide the recipient's name and address. You can also include a personal message if desired.
• Single Use: The full amount of the gift card must be used in one transaction.
• Multiple Gift Cards: If you want to buy multiple gift cards and send them to different addresses, please place separate orders for each.

Gift Card Types and Restrictions

Types of Gift Cards:

• Online Gift Cards: These can be used for online purchases.
• In-Store Gift Cards: These can be used only at the store from where they were purchased.

Nominal Use: The gift card is nominal and is intended for use only by the person to whom it was gifted.

Gift Card Returns and Refunds

Non-Returnable: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns of Items Purchased with a Gift Card:

• If an item bought with a gift card is returned, the refund will be credited as in-store or online credit, usable until the gift card's expiration date.
• Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will be forfeited after the expiration date.

Mixed Payment Returns:

• If a purchase made with both a gift card and a credit card is returned, the refund will be issued to the credit card up to the amount of the initial payment. The remaining balance will be returned as a store or online credit.
