Refunds

• Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method, excluding the return fee.
• Processing Time: Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Returns and Refunds for Items Purchased with Gift Cards

Non-Returnable: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns of Items Purchased with a Gift Card:

• Refunds: If an item purchased partly with a gift card and partly with another payment method (like a credit card) is returned, the refund process is as follows:
  • Credit Card Refund: You will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial credit card payment.
  • Gift Card Refund: The remaining balance will be returned as store credit or online credit, not exceeding the original value of the gift card portion used.
• Credit Validity: The returned amount credited back as store or online credit will be available for use until the original gift card's expiration date.

Important Notes:

• Ensure to use the gift card before its expiration date, as any remaining balance will be lost after that date.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with the original payment proportions, and all credited amounts must be utilized within the validity period of the original gift card.
